I met Lucas and the girls at the beach for fish and chips the other night, it was really fun to all meet up and have some family fun.
Phoebe was asking Lucas to feel her strong muscles from eating all of her dinner.
"ooooh " said Lucas, "so strong Phoebe!"
Coco said "daddy daddy feel my muscles"
"wow, they are so strong Coco" sais Lucas
Coco's reply, "they're just like chicken wings, aren't they dad??"
Needless to say we were all in stiches... She has some priceless one liners!
