First Forest Walk

The last week I have been tested in the patience department with Miss Coco, she has started serious tantrums which is like waiting for a little time bomb to go off! So today we decided to get out in the fresh air and take in some of the new sights around our new neighbourhood!!
We have been here for 5 weeks now and today was the first day we ventured into the crown land behind our house to walk to the beach.
It was so beautiful walking/running/skipping thru the forest. We walked across little bridges and a big bridge that reminded us of 3 billy goats gruff, Phoebe was dubious about crossing!!!
We came to this beautiful little fairy tree, there were crystals, and shells and all sorts of gifts all around the tree, the girls sat in awe of what may go on there when no-one is around. I love the magic the girls find in everything they see.
We got to the beach and the girls had fun playing and running around in the water, today it was hard to believe that we are experiencing winter, the sun was high and bright and there was not a cloud in the sky. We are cold, but we do get to enjoy some amazing days here in Byron!
On our way home the girls chatted and giggled, and once again I smiled at another beautiful moment to lock into my memory, we all agreed that this walk is something that we will be doing more often.... Ahhhhhh what a life!!!
